Katahariya Municipality has allocated Rs 90 million (over 45 percent), out of a total of Rs 200 million earmarked for capital spending, for road construction. KATHMANDU, May 9: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Barsha Man Pun has said that the government will build the 1200 MW Budhigandaki Hydropower Project on its own and the tender process for the project will begin from next fiscal year.
